Terms of Service & R&D Licensing
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Luminus Labs software binaries, research preprints, kinematics compilers, and developer endpoints. Luminus Labs is an R&D division of Bitstric Inc.
Acceptance of Terms & Organizational Ownership
By accessing, downloading, or executing software packages, whitepapers, or API interfaces provided via lumios-ai.xyz (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Luminus Labs is operated as the experimental R&D arm of Bitstric Inc. ("Bitstric"). All commercial agreements, master services contracts, and enterprise SLAs are managed under Bitstric corporate stewardship.
Intellectual Property & Open Preprints
Research preprints, whitepapers, and technical reports released by Luminus Labs are licensed under Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Proprietary kinematics compiler source code, ROS2 zero-memory IPC header implementations (`LatentState.msg`, `ActuatorSeam.msg`), and pre-compiled binary modules remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bitstric Inc.
- Academic research citation is encouraged with standard attribution.
- Commercial distribution of compiled binary kernels requires a Bitstric Enterprise License.
Deterministic Real-Time Execution Disclaimer
While experimental kinematics code and PREEMPT_RT patches developed at Luminus Labs are benchmarked for sub-microsecond jitter under controlled laboratory conditions, software provided in preview state is offered "AS IS" without express or implied warranty. Developers deploying code onto un-calibrated hardware testbeds assume full operational responsibility.
API Usage & Rate Limits
Public research API endpoints, preprint compilation queries, and developer inquiry endpoints are subject to rate limiting and session validation (`bs_anon_session`). Automated scraping or denial-of-service attempts against research infrastructure will result in automatic IP banning.
